At the Spine Center, we believe in using the least invasive treatment option possible. Non-invasive treatments include rehabilitation (physical and occupational therapy), medical management and therapeutic /diagnostic spinal injections. When surgical intervention is indicated, the Spine Center utilizes well known Orthopedic or Neurosurgical experts to perform the least invasive surgery possible with the most effective and safe results..

Your first visit. At your firs visit, you will meet with one of the Spine Center physicians who would go over the history of the problem. A detailed examination would be conducted and if needed, diagnostic testing would be arranged. Based on the clinical diagnosis, a personalized treatment plan is formulated. We always communicated with the referring physicians to make sure they are aware of your progress.

Spine Center Medical questioner (will be mailed to you)
All the x-Rays and MRI's and CT scans of your spine
Results of any neurologic testing (including EMG )
List of your medications
Your insurance card
Prior to your visit, please call your PCP for a referral
